How is Consciousness Created?

The answer is simple: through reflection. Our consciousness is like our outer appearance: if we want to know what we look like, we need a mirror in which we can observe ourselves.

Without a mirror, you can’t know how you look. A mirror expands your consciousness about yourself and what you think.

If we want to expand our consciousness on a specific issue, we need distance from it. This allows us to view the problem from the outside and recognize much more easily what it’s about, rather than being stuck in it. To achieve this, we need to put our thoughts on paper. Just thinking doesn’t help, because we keep thinking the same things over and over again, like being in a hamster wheel.

By creating distance through paper, we reflect on our thinking and can correct, refine, and improve it until it aligns with our goals. Pure internal thinking and even speaking lack the opportunity for correction.

Reflection

When something has become conscious to us in this way, we can also consciously change it. The KUBYcompanion have learned to mirror your complex connections, just as life is, so clearly that you come to the solution of your problem on your own. Such an experience gives you a very strong, new self-confidence.
