How much does a session cost?You can find the exact prices in each companion's profile. The best part: you only pay for the time you actually use. Billing is fair and by the minute.
How much does soul writing (written support) cost?Soul writing is billed per character rather than per minute: €0.02 per character with licensed companions, €0.01 per character with companions in training, and at least €1.00 per submission. You are only charged once you send your text to a companion, and only for new or changed characters. Full details are on the “Soul writing” page.
How long does a session last?You decide the duration during the session itself. Typically it lasts about one hour. Since billing is by the minute, you have complete flexibility — the session simply ends when it feels right for you.
What do I need for the session?All you need is a phone or computer with internet. Just click the link in your confirmation email before your appointment, and you'll be taken straight to the session room.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge. The exact deadlines will be shown to you during booking.
Is the session confidential?Yes, absolutely. Your session is a safe and private space. All of our KUBY companions are bound by strict confidentiality.
